CRO & Sales Funnel Manager | Aventura, FL · $100K–$130K


About the Role This role is for a data-obsessed conversion specialist who lives inside funnels, flows, and metrics. You'll own the full conversion journey — from website traffic to closed sale — building and optimizing the systems that turn clicks into customers. If you get excited about a 2% lift in email open rates and can build an automated sequence in your sleep, this is your seat.


Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Audit and optimize conversion points across websites and landing pages
  • Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements to maximize conversion rates
  • Ensure every touchpoint in the funnel is performing at its highest potential

Sales Funnel Management

  • Map and manage the full sales funnel flow from top-of-funnel to close
  • Identify drop-off points and build strategies to move prospects through the pipeline
  • Maintain a clean, efficient funnel architecture across all channels

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Set up automated sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered flows
  • Optimize emails for open rates, click-throughs, and downstream conversions

Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze conversion data across website and email channels
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor funnel health
  • Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance
