This structure promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality anesthesia care without the stress of irregular hours.Compensation:We offer a competitive compensation package designed to recognize your skills and dedication:W2 Employees:Salary range of $250,000 to $300,000.Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, health coverage for your family, life and disability insurance, vacation/CME time, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.Sign-on bonus available!1099 Contractors:Hourly rate of $175 to $200 per hour, with an 8-hour guarantee.Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and availability.Key Responsibilities:As a CRNA in our pain management group, your primary responsibilities will include:Administering anesthesia using Propofol, Versed, and Fentanyl for surgical patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.Gathering, interpreting, and recording routine pre- and post-operative patient data to monitor their condition effectively.Monitoring and documenting patients' physiological and pharmacological status during and after anesthesia administration.Qualifications:To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program.CRNA board-certified with an active license to practice in the state of Georgia.Current BLS and ACLS certification required.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management.Personable and confident in delivering exceptional patient care.Previous experience in pain management or related medical fields is preferred but not mandatory.This is an exciting opportunity for a CRNA who is eager to join a leading pain management group in Metro Atlanta.
