Sentara Pediatric Physicians - New Town is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established team in beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia. This is a full-time opportunity focused on providing high-quality primary pediatric care-from well-child visits and preventive health to same-day sick visits. You'll practice in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside experienced pediatric physicians, fellow APPs, and dedicated support staff, all while enjoying a predictable schedule and an excellent work-life balance. This is an outstanding opportunity for an advanced practitioner with pediatric or family background, to grow your career within a respected, mission-driven organization.

Position Highlights:

  • High-performing practice that includes 6 collaborating Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners

  • Patient panel from birth through age 21

  • Flexibility to work a 4-day work week

  • Average 20-25 patients per day

  • No weekend hours - minimal call for practice only, approx. 3-4 weeks per year.
