Job description

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP to join Sentara Family Medicine & Pediatrics location in Hampton, VA. We are a small, patient‑centered family medicine and pediatric practice conveniently located within CarePlex Hospital, adjacent to our Midwifery Clinic. Established just two years ago, our practice is thriving and we are excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys caring for patients of all ages.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

  • Flexibility to work a 4-day work week

  • Average of 16-18 patients per day

  • Provide care to a wide range of primary care patients from ages newborn and up

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced providers in a supportive, team‑based setting focused on improving patient outcomes.

  • No call/no weekends
