• Evaluate patients to identify their physical functionalities and dysfunctions and develop personalized treatment plans specific to their needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions inclusive of exercises, manual therapy, and the use of modalities to facilitate patients' recovery and enhance mobility.
• Track and document each patient's treatment progress and respond to changes by refining therapeutic goals and treatment plans.
• Equip patients with assistive devices, if necessary, for improved self-care and mobility, ensuring they understand how to use them effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for patients, caregivers, and other healthcare personnel to foster a comprehensive understanding of physical therapy processes.
• Maintain professional development through educational workshops and staying current with professional publications, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of conditions, covering both acute and chronic diagnoses in adult and pediatric patients. • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• Proficiency in technology, including word processing and electronic health record systems.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse caseload and working effectively in dynamic environments.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy role is preferred but not required.
• Experience in home care or working with similar demographics will be an advantage.
