Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, to establish individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility.
• Engage patients in their rehabilitation process by developing and implementing tailored treatment strategies aimed at improving their functional capabilities.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously by tracking treatment responses and outcomes, documenting changes, and modifying therapeutic goals as needed.
• Assess the need for assistive devices for self-care and ambulation, fitting them appropriately, and providing comprehensive training to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills through ongoing education and participation in workshops, professional societies, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
