Soni's client is seeking a CRM Functional Administrator to join their team in Nashville, TN! This role is responsible for the functional design, implementation, and management of a CRM solution, ensuring it aligns with business needs. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the CRM system, and lead functional teams. This position serves as the main point of contact between business users and liaises with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet expectations, driving improvements and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and configuration of CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of functional solutions, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for CRM configuration and usage.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in CRM administration.
  • Knowledge of related platforms and tools.
