Conduct User workshops to ascertain the business requirements
• Map the business requirement with OOB and custom developed features of MSCRM
Work with the business stakeholder to understand the requirements and come up with a FSD.
• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Prepare functional and technical design documentation
• Document the requirements in the form of Functional specification document
• Facilitate the technical design for identified functional requirement by working with the development team
• Identify data migration needs and facilitate documentation of the same in Functional specification document
• Facilitate test planning, test case preparation and end user testing for CRM developments
