This role is focused on bridging business needs and CRM platform capabilities, helping teams across the organization use Dynamics 365 more effectively to improve the customer journey and support data-driven decisions. The CRM Specialist works alongside cross-functional partners in commercial, marketing, IT, and operations to support platform adoption, data quality, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, localization, and testing phases of the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout in coordination with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, IT, Business Information, Contracting, and Operations.
  • Assess current business processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and recommend improvements within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to enhance the customer journey.
  • Develop user stories and training materials in coordination with education teams to support CRM adoption across global functions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders that improve platform usability and customer outcomes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable intelligence to business stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Support data governance efforts in partnership with the IT team, helping maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Present insights, workflow findings, and platform recommendations to relevant stakeholders in support of continuous improvement efforts.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Translating business needs into practical CRM workflow improvements that measurably enhance the customer journey and reduce process inefficiencies.
  • Producing reports and dashboards that give stakeholders clear, actionable visibility into platform performance and customer data.
  • Building reliable working relationships across a matrix environment to keep CRM initiatives moving forward and aligned with business priorities.
  • Contributing to data governance efforts that maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across large-scale data initiatives.
  • Demonstrating a growth mindset by expanding platform knowledge, taking on new responsibilities, and contributing to the long-term development of the CRM function at Applied Medical.
