The CRM Director will play a pivotal role in driving our customer relationship management strategies, optimizing client engagement, and supporting our mission to provide top-tier roofing solutions. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can leverage data-driven insights and CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline communication processes, and contribute to the overall growth of Greystone Roofing & Construction. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
