Job Summary:
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients and communities. They are seeking a Lead CRM Developer to optimize and expand their technology stack, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database to support the marketing technology stack and business processes as directed by the Marketing Technology Manager and CRM Product Owner.
โ€ข Review and create CRM customizations including:
โ€ข Form/entity updates
โ€ข Business process flows
โ€ข Plugins
โ€ข Javascript/HTML
โ€ข PowerApps solutions
โ€ข Power Automate flows
โ€ข Custom HTML interfaces (web resources)
โ€ข Data integrations/migrations
โ€ข SQL updates
โ€ข And various reporting technologies like Power BI and SSRS
โ€ข Own processes driven and dependent on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements.
โ€ข Troubleshoot data integrity, errors, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM performance issues. Pressure testing of development for scalable solutions.
โ€ข Partner with Product Owner, marketing automation team, analysts, and Marketing Technology Manager for developing reporting and streamlined business processes.
โ€ข Act as a lead for developers and provide oversite and recommendations on development
โ€ข Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing appropriate improvements ensuring processes are automated and can scale at an enterprise level. This also includes staying current with technology and cloud trends.
โ€ข Translate and design solutions for business requirements / user stories based on direction from Product Owner
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 6 years relevant experience.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred:
โ€ข Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
โ€ข Experience in application development and support working as a team member on multiple projects or applications preferred.
โ€ข Experience with implementing third-party integrations into and out Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including a marketing automation platform preferred.
