CRM Manager

9Rooftops is seeking a CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy and execution across our client portfolio. In this role, you'll align data-driven marketing with client business goals to drive customer engagement and measurable outcomes, serving as the strategic and technical lead for lifecycle marketing programs.

The CRM Manager leads CRM strategy and execution, aligning data-driven marketing with client goals to drive customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. This includes managing multiple CRM programs and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely deployment, testing, and reporting across platforms, and maintaining precision in data workflows, personalization logic, and CRM ecosystem configurations.

  • Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with data regulations (CAN-SPAM/GDPR) and maintaining clean, accurate data across CRM ecosystems
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and translating business needs into CRM strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and strategists

Skills

The ideal candidate brings sharp attention to detail, excellent time management across concurrent programs and platforms, and strategic thinking grounded in business acumen and performance-driven decision-making.
