ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Repair, maintain and make engineering changes to all tools and fixtures
  • Assist technical services in machine repair, change over, set up and operation as required
  • Safely operate all tool room equipment
  • Have abilities to assemble and disassemble tooling, dies and gauges
  • Trouble shoot and resolve tooling problems
  • Work with various materials such as tool steels, plastics, aluminum, and copper
  • Must have or acquire personal tools to perform job assignment

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
