What You'll Do as a Crew Member/Laborer

  • Arrive at the shop each morning to help load tools, materials, and equipment for the day's projects.
  • Travel with the crew to residential and commercial job sites throughout the region.
  • Perform hands-on roofing, siding, and general construction labor tasks.
  • Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, staging materials, and maintaining organized job sites.
  • Support the crew in completing projects with quality workmanship and attention to safety.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
