STARTING PAY RANGE for this role IS $18 - $21 PER HOUR AND COULD INCREASE FROM THERE DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.
Enhancement Landscape Laborer
Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We're looking for an Enhancement Landscape Laborer to join our team.
You'd be responsible for:
  • Performing landscape construction operations.
  • Operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment (front end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, hand held cutting and compaction devices).
  • Ensuring safety practices are followed on and off the job site.
  • Ensuring equipment is safely loaded and secured for transport to and from job sites.
  • Communicating with your supervisor any job site needs, changes, and issues.
  • Ensuring that the quality standards of the company are abided by.

Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:
  • Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
  • Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.
  • Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
  • Chauffer's License with DOT Med Card.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to perform multiple forms of landscape construction ranging from basic tree and plant installations, larger landscape construction installations, hardscape installations.
  • Ability to lift weight exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Ability to problem solve on the job and adapt to site changes as they arise.
  • Sufficient experience operation heavy, medium, and small construction equipment.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
