Thin Brick Production Associate
Columbia, SC

Watsontown Brick, a trusted leader in the brick manufacturing industry, is seeking a Thin Brick Production Associate for our Columbia, South Carolina production facility. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-based manufacturing environment and is interested in building a long-term career in production.

This position supports our Thin Brick production line, which focuses on light assembly and packaging work in an environment that is less physically demanding than traditional brick manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment used in thin brick production

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Package and label thin brick products for shipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
