Job description

Position Summary: This position is fully accountable for the profitable consistent operations execution of a specific shift designated by the Owner/General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The crew member reports to the Shift Leader/General Manager.

Essential Functions:

Ø Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations

Ø Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures

Ø Ensure the profitability of the business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.

Ø Be a Crew Member to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment. Team work and professionalism includes however, not limited to, no fraternization of any kind with other crew members.

Ø Deliver operations excellence.

Ø Assist the Management in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.

Ø “Be Ready”, “Be Focused”, “Be Here”!

Ø Understand and demonstrate the behavior of the Concept of “Customer Comes First, Dining Room Second, Everything Else is Last”

Supporting Duties:

- Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities

- Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times

- Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and communicate problems immediately to Shift Leader/General Manager
