Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

As a Pro Shop Team Member, your mission is to provide every guest with a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience from check-in to the final putt.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing tee time reservations and golfer check-ins
  • Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Answering phones and assisting guests with questions and bookings
  • Assisting with golf shop merchandise sales and inventory
  • Supporting tournaments, outings, and daily golf operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment
  • Communicating effectively with management and other team members
  • Helping ensure smooth daily operations throughout the facility
