  • Effectively manage and oversee a caseload as assigned, consistently providing high-quality care and support to each client.
  • Engage in regular treatment team meetings to enhance collaborative care and ensure that clients’ evolving needs are addressed.
  • Exhibit a positive and empathetic demeanor, always prioritizing client safety and well-being while actively addressing client concerns and feedback.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management to further support organizational goals and client care objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Moon Crest Psychological Center, you will cater to a diverse clientele that includes both adult and pediatric populations. We aim to support clients across various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Through our tailored approaches, you will play an instrumental role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess or be eligible for licensure in Texas as a licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Proven experience working within mental health settings, specifically with diverse age groups including adults, children, and adolescents, is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development are favored.
  • Prior experience in outpatient settings focusing on short-term and long-term care approaches enhances our team’s effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We provide an appealing benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid parental leave. Additional perks include three weeks of paid vacation, annual stock awards, and a structured approach to work-life balance, ensuring our clinicians can recharge and remain productive.
