• Utilize appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions and techniques in clinical settings to address and treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders for individuals and families.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing tailored treatment plans and initial discharge plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Facilitate one-on-one, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting methods and approaches based on the agreed-upon treatment plan.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with facility and professional standards, ensuring that all revisions are made according to best practices.
• Effectively manage and oversee a caseload as assigned, consistently providing high-quality care and support to each client.
• Engage in regular treatment team meetings to enhance collaborative care and ensure that clients’ evolving needs are addressed.
• Exhibit a positive and empathetic demeanor, always prioritizing client safety and well-being while actively addressing client concerns and feedback.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management to further support organizational goals and client care objectives.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Moon Crest Psychological Center, you will cater to a diverse clientele that includes both adult and pediatric populations. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Candidates must possess or be eligible for licensure in Texas as a licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Proven experience working within mental health settings, specifically with diverse age groups including adults, children, and adolescents, is essential.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development are favored.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings focusing on short-term and long-term care approaches enhances our team’s effectiveness.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
