• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and emotional state.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and dynamic treatment plans that focus on their specific goals and aspirations.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions in various formats, including individual counseling sessions, family therapy, and group sessions to meet diverse client needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving circumstances and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when clients require urgent support and reassurance.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals—psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff—to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.
• Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to foster clinical insight and peer support.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with licensing board standards in all aspects of practice.

You will primarily serve diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. This role emphasizes understanding the unique cultural and social backgrounds of each client to provide personalized and effective support. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, you will empower clients to navigate their paths toward healing.

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment, diagnostic abilities, and crisis intervention skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to relate effectively with clients and their families.
• Empathetic and dedicated approach toward client well-being, embracing diversity and inclusivity.
• Capable of thriving both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Knowledgeable about ethical standards and legal regulations pertinent to mental health practice.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

Experience working remotely is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will provide a competitive edge in this role.
