Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional status to identify individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on measurable goals for patient improvement.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health challenges.
  • Monitor and document client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention when required, ensuring timely and appropriate support to clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor at Silver Crest, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals with varying mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
