Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and needs, adapting strategies based on clinical progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, providing timely adjustments to treatment approaches when necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support systems.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to guarantee integrated care for our clients.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications
