Job description

MSI Credit Solutions is seeking candidates to join our dynamic sales team. This is a rewarding career opportunity, while helping consumers increase there credit scores. Responsibilities:
  1. Work onsite the following schedule Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
  2. Make outbound calls to hot leads that are provided daily
  3. Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals.
  4. Educate consumers on the credit repair process
  5. Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores..
  6. Close sales and enroll clients in our credit repair program.
  7. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process.
  8. Meet or exceed sales daily, weekly, monthly targets and performance metrics.
  9. Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  10. Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  6. Familiarity with credit reports
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  8. High school diploma or equivalent.
