Job description

Apple is seeking an AV Creative Director (CD) to oversee Creative Advertising campaigns across Series, Film and Multi-Title creative for our Apple TV streaming service. This department conceptualizes and builds the A/V needs for Apple TV original content that will be distributed across a range of paid and owned media channels. .This role requires a strong talent for telling stories that drive fan engagement. The ideal candidate not only has the ability to develop a creative vision for a campaign, but to sell that vision cross-functionally and execute it in an impactful way that contributes to the larger campaign. They are a thought leader that seeks out innovative approaches and has a pulse on new and creative trends, and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. They foster strong cross-functional internal and external relationships to build alignment and groundbreaking campaigns.
Develop creatively innovative approaches/concepts that drive AV materials.Work in partnership with Design, Strategy, Social, Operations and other cross-functional marketing leads to build breakthrough marketing campaigns. Direct external agency partners and in house editorial teams to execute high quality A/V output.Lead Junior Creative / Writer / Producer talent to develop strong creative approaches. Create, delegate, and manage against schedules and budgets. Present and articulate creative plans to Apple TV leadership, Apple cross-functional, and external partners.
At least 10 years creative experience leading title and/or brand creative.Shown ability to build and direct high-quality A/V creative.Proficient in TV Streaming and Broadcast, Digital, and Social advertising formats and methodologies.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Develop and deliver creative solutions to an Apple standard.Collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience in a quick moving and cross-functional organization.International experience and/or experience working with global teams.Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
