The Creative Services Manager leads the development, planning, and execution of signage and promotional messaging across all The Bosselman Enterprises brands. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, effective, and strategic use of on-premise signage, digital menu boards, billboards, and physical marketing assets. The Creative Services Manager reviews and coordinates signage plans, ensures alignment with brand standards, and stays ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, vendors, and marketing team members to elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement through thoughtful, strategic signage and visual communication.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and leads signage strategy across all brands and locations, including on-premise signage, window graphics, point-of-purchase materials, and exterior displays.
  • Reviews and manages signage plans for remodels, new store builds, refreshes, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinates billboard strategy, messaging, creative routing, and placements in partnership with the media team and external vendors.
  • Maintains awareness of current signage trends, materials, technology, and competitor signage executions; recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Owns and maintains brand promotional playbooks to ensure consistency in signage and campaign execution.
  • Leads the creative development of physical marketing materials including direct mailers, in-store displays, posters, banners, window clings, and POP materials.
  • Manages timelines, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to support promotional calendar initiatives and operational needs.
  • Ensures all signage and printed assets align with brand standards, marketing goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with external printers, signage vendors, installers, and creative resources to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintains a signage inventory system and collaborate with marketing operations for distribution and installation planning.
  • Supports creative reviews for visual accuracy, brand alignment, and content clarity across assigned materials.
  • Provides documentation and standards for signage placement, usage, and lifecycle management across retail locations.
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to represent signage and brand presentation needs.
  • Provides friendly and competent customer service.
  • Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in creative project management, marketing, or related roles.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of signage production, installation processes, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with retail environment signage, restaurant menu systems, or consumer-facing brand standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital display systems, content scheduling, and menu board management platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with print processes, substrates, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding standards and creative development processes.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work during special events, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a current driver's license, as job-related travel may be required.
