POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Resource Manager, you'll be the conduit between our people and our work partnership with leadership to make strategic casting decisions in support of our Famously Effective work. With a focus on day-to-day resource shifts in addition to long-term planning, your strategic prowess will align talent with projects, cultivating highly effective teams that consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients. Reporting to the Director of Resource Management, you'll play a pivotal role in codifying and optimizing resourcing across the agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identifies areas for process enhancements and proposes solutions to cultivate a connected and inclusive agency culture
  • Ownership of department level resourcing and partnership with leads across finance, account, project management, HR, TA and department head
  • Responsible for data integrity and QA of capacity planning tool
  • Maintenance of team org charts and allocations
  • Support new business efforts, prioritizing resources to align with project needs
  • Identify skill set gaps, cross-training opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on optimal client team structures with staff plans and growth paths in mind
  • Lead regular resourcing meetings, ensuring talent utilization and resolving conflicts.
  • Manages and prioritizes coverage of PTO, internal projects, global needs
  • Own weekly capacity reviews with teams and discussion recaps
  • Liaise with internal recruitment team for freelance sourcing and projections

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • 3+ years of experience in creative resource management or production/project management within an agency environment.
  • Firm grasp of the creative process in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of the functional skills and responsibilities of various creative, studio, strategy, and project management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence at all levels.
  • Understanding of talent/resource management reporting, metrics, and tools.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
