A Day in the Life:

The Creative Services Director will lead the day-to-day execution of Regional, Brand, and Media creative projects for the Americas while managing and developing a team of Creative Services Managers. Partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and optimize resource allocation across the creative portfolio. Serve as the primary intake lead for major campaign briefs, collaborating with Strategy and Creative Directors to align on objectives, refine concepts, and define the appropriate scope and creative solutions before work is assigned. Ensure the effective prioritization and delivery of creative initiatives that support business and brand objectives.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Services Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and collaboration.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures for project delivery, quality, and client service.
  • Oversee workload planning and prioritization across both large-scale integrated campaigns and tactical adaptation requests to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time execution.
  • Serve as the primary intake lead for large-scale creative campaigns, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives, target audiences, and scope prior to execution.
  • Apply strategic creative and production expertise to recommend the most effective approach for each initiative, leveraging existing design systems, templates, and assets where appropriate.
  • Define and scope new creative solutions based on project complexity, priority, and business impact to ensure efficient resource utilization and successful delivery.
  • Partner with Strategy and Creative Directors to shape and validate campaign concepts, creative direction, and project scope prior to execution.
  • Drive early stakeholder alignment through concept reviews and strategic discussions, ensuring clear objectives, efficient resource planning, and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, vendor engagement, asset coordination, and deadline management through project management systems.
  • Lead the tactical adaptation workflow, ensuring existing campaign assets, templates, and design systems are effectively leveraged to deliver new requests efficiently, minimize rework, and maximize speed-to-market.
  • Drive operational excellence by balancing workload priorities, optimizing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality 
    creative outputs.
  • Develop and deliver weekly portfolio and resource status updates that communicate project priorities, progress, risks, and critical deadlines to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow challenges, escalations, and resource constraints to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Foster transparent,  collaborative communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, informed decision-making, and effective allocation of creative resources
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
  • 7+ years of experience in creative services, marketing operations, project management
  • Experience with Media Management Software, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word & Excel, Project Management Software and File Transfer software.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LTX studio or similar tools), fluency in AI creative tools is not required.
