Position Summary:
Ryan is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of outdoor living projects. This is a key leadership role that combines project management, customer service, team coordination, and field expertise to deliver exceptional outdoor living environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Overseeing and coordinating a team of landscape professionals, including crew leaders, subcontractors, and other specialists. 
  • Client Communication: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns. 
  • Contractor Management: Selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. 
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within allocated funds. 
  • Scheduling and Timelines: Developing and adhering to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. 
  • Material Procurement: Ordering and managing materials, supplies, and equipment for the project. 
  • Site Management: Overseeing the work on the construction site, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and resolving any on-site issues. 
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, changes, and expenses. 
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the project, finding creative solutions to challenges.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience managing construction or landscape projects, preferably in outdoor living or hardscaping.
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor construction methods, materials, and design elements (e.g., patios, decks, kitchens, lighting, irrigation).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software; landscape design software experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
