We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Manager in our Design Group at our Kansas City, MO location. Experience in Private Land Development is highly desirable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
• Registered Professional Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in Kansas or Missouri
• 10 years minimum of related skills and experience in the development field
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro
• Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations
• General knowledge of preparing proposals
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
