Job Title: Bilingual Creative Marketing Manager – Hispanic Market (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) – Bellevue, WA | Overland Park, KS | Frisco, TX

Language Requirement: Fluent English & Spanish (Spanish required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Creative Marketing Manager to lead Hispanic Market advertising initiatives during a leave coverage assignment. This role owns creative projects from concept through delivery, partnering with internal teams, T-Studios, and external agencies to produce culturally relevant campaigns across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative project management, advertising production, and ad trafficking within a fast-paced consumer marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing Leadership

  • Lead Hispanic Market creative initiatives across multiple consumer lines of business.
  • Develop culturally relevant advertising campaigns across TV, online video, OTT, radio, audio, digital, print, and out-of-home media.
  • Partner with Hispanic Marketing teams and agency partners on campaign strategy, creative development, and production.
  • Manage OEM marketing relationships, including partners such as Apple and Samsung.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Project Management

  • Manage projects from intake through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, resourcing, and execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, creative teams, and agency partners.
  • Create and manage Universal Creative Briefs (UCBs).
  • Maintain project tracking using Workfront and Airtable.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and improve creative workflows.

Creative Operations & Ad Trafficking

  • Coordinate delivery of creative assets across broadcast, streaming, digital, social, audio, and out-of-home channels.
  • Manage Ad-ID assignments, asset version control, and trafficking documentation.
  • Perform quality control to ensure assets meet technical specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with media teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Maintain trafficking processes and recommend operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (native or near-native Spanish preferred).
  • 4+ years of advertising, marketing communications, or agency account management experience.
  • 4+ years supporting broadcast advertising, with additional experience in digital and print marketing.
  • Experience managing creative production and ad trafficking across broadcast and digital media.
  • Experience presenting marketing initiatives to executive or senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an in-house creative studio or production environment.
  • Experience using Workfront, Airtable, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with ad trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach, Innovid, Adstream, or MediaOcean.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign testing, optimization, and consumer research.
