Marketing & Sales Coordinator
DISHER is currently partnering with a recognized leader in the 3D printing manufacturing industry by disrupting the way that manufacturing is done through their innovative additive manufacturing technologies that produce the most efficient solutions possible. As a result, they are experiencing explosive growth year after year as they expand to serve their clients on a global level. As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will be the first impression of the company to new customers. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company in a way that gains prospective customers interest and drives them to seek their solutions. Joining their successful organization on the forefront of manufacturing will reward you as you deliver disruptive solutions to satisfied customers.
What you will get to do:
  • Support all sales operations from prospecting to order entry, marketing campaigns, and quoting by working directly with the company owner.
  • Use your excellent graphic design skills and creative thinking to develop social media posts that drive prospective clients online to answer the call to action and engage on client projects.
  • Use your entrepreneurial spirit to create engaging online content to showcase customer success stories which demonstrate our capabilities such as conformal cooling and venting.
  • Connect client technical staff to the company's technical team by coordinating and facilitating meetings both online and in person.
  • Utilize technical information to generate quotes and quotes follow up of active RFQ's to close sales.
  • Provide memorable experiences to customers in a way that they will view the company as the go-to tooling company in the industry.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and educational messaging and materials that position the company as the go-to solution in the industries we serve.
  • Travel: 5% - 10%

What will make you successful:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, while being up-to-date on the latest marketing tools on how to attract customers.
  • Focus on lead generation and prospecting, not just advertising.
  • Industrial sales and inside sales experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude with problem solving ability.
  • Building robust online presence and online following on business focused social media platforms.
  • Understanding and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Drive traffic to the company website resulting in online component sales.
  • Consistent schedule of customer visits coordinated resulting in new project generation.
  • Establish and track KPI metrics for online engagement and how that impacts conversion rates.
  • Utilize Social Media and direct marketing to write compelling case studies to use as examples of success to win new business, keeping pipelines of social media flowing.
  • Transforming RFQ to quote, generating quotes and logging customer information.
  • Maintain a 24 hour quote turnaround timing.
