Description
We're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company's social media presence while creating compelling visual content for all marketing and company initiatives. This role is heavily focused on photography, video production, and creative storytelling, while also owning social media strategy and execution across organic platforms. The ideal candidate is an expert in social media trends, content creation, and platform management, with the ability to produce high-quality photo, video, and graphic content that aligns with brand standards and supports business goals. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Lead the creative development, capture, and editing of photo and video content, ensuring all assets meet brand standards, support performance goals, and align with campaign strategy
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots, ensuring alignment with creative requests, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Photograph and edit professional company headshots at the Main Campus.

Graphic Design & Brand Consistency
  • Concept and brief creative in alignment with direction from the Brand Strategy Manager, ensuring all work meets performance goals and brand standards.
  • Design promotional graphics and creative assets for sales, field marketing, brand campaigns, OTT commercials, digital ads, print ads, and internal initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Maintain and update company collateral; storyboard and design new materials as needed.

Social Media Strategy, Execution & Performance
  • Develop, execute, and optimize organic & paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Write, schedule, publish, and manage social content; engage with the community and ensure alignment with brand voice.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, targeting, and testing by refining creative, messaging, formats, and audiences to drive cost-efficient lead generation and conversion.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the company's social media strategy, execution, and performance across all platforms, with full responsibility for content planning, creative direction, posting cadence, engagement approach, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own performance analysis and reporting for social and digital campaigns, independently evaluating results, determining adjustments, and optimizing strategy to improve ROI and lead performance.

Online Reputation Management
  • Monitor and oversee online reputation efforts, with a focus on organic social media and review platforms.
  • Ensure all reviews receive timely responses; moderate, remove, or dispute reviews when applicable.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms where applicable (e.g. Facebook/Meta comments and messages, BBB, etc.)
  • Oversee reputation management software and serve as the internal point of contact for support issues.

Operations & Cross Functional Coordination
  • Manage, organize, and maintain digital assets across platforms such as OneDrive, Air, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
  • All additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, photography and videography, content creation, and social media marketing with a strong portfolio of visual and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, with experience using additional design and editing tools as needed.
  • Strong skills in capturing, editing, and producing high-quality photo and video content.
  • Experience managing organic and paid social media content across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and full-funnel campaign execution, with experience in social media strategy, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with software like Salesforce, Sprout Social, Cloud Campaign, and other scheduling platforms.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining creative assets across platforms such as OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
  • Strong creative eye for ad copy, visual storytelling, and performance-driven creative optimization.
