We are seeking an experienced Audio specialist with a passion for music and emerging technology to join a fast-evolving creative environment focused on AI-driven music production. This role is ideal for a producer who combines strong technical expertise with deep musical knowledge, cultural awareness, and curiosity about the future of generative tools.

You will play a hands-on role in creating high-quality music across genres, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and contributing insights that shape the next generation of music technology. Success in this role requires a blend of creative excellence, analytical thinking, and a strong drive to innovate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality music across a wide range of genres, styles, formats, and use cases
  • Apply strong musical judgment to composition, arrangement, and production decisions
  • Refine audio outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and creative excellence
  • Stay current with emerging music trends, cultural movements, and creator workflows
  • Work fluently across digital audio workstations and rapidly adopt new production tools
  • Collaborate directly with generative AI music tools, evaluating outputs and providing actionable feedback
  • Conduct structured evaluations, including blind A/B testing and model benchmarking
  • Translate evaluation results into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with technical and creative teams to support key milestones, reviews, and experimentation cycles
  • Document production workflows, processes, and technical setups to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Independently manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Required Qualifications

  • 4โ€“5 years of professional experience in music production or equivalent creative work
  • Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating versatility across genres and formats
  • Deep expertise in music production, arrangement, and audio fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with mixing and audio engineering, including gain staging, bus processing, and mastering
  • Proficiency with digital audio workstations (ProTools preferred) and modern production ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), audio synthesis, and audio formats
  • Familiarity with generative AI music tools and prompt-based creative workflows
  • Strong critical listening skills with the ability to articulate clear, actionable feedback
  • Broad knowledge of music metadata, including genre, mood, tempo, and instrumentation tagging
  • Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Comfort working with command-line tools for troubleshooting and workflow support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience evaluating creative outputs using structured frameworks or scoring rubrics
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, product, or marketing functions
  • Familiarity with broader AI systems, including generative models and large language models
