About the role

I run a fast-growing creator and brand business and I'm looking for a sharp, reliable right-hand person

to keep my day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-trust role — you'll be involved in scheduling,

communication, bookings, and keeping projects moving. If you're organized, proactive, and the kind of

person who closes loops without being chased, we'll get along great.

This is a minimum 90-day commitment to start. I'm looking for someone serious and dependable — Do well and this becomes a long-term role! :)

Manage calendar, scheduling, and reminders

• Handle email and communication on my behalf

• Coordinate bookings, appointments

• Keep projects, deadlines, and to-do lists on track

• Liaise with photographers, vendors, and other team members

• Run personal and business errands/tasks as they come up

• Be a reliable point of contact and keep things organized
