The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in digital content creation and a strong passion for entertainment and streaming. You are comfortable translating creative direction into platform-native assets, capturing content on your phone, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to move quickly in response to cultural moments.
In this role, you will serve as a key engine for real-time content development. You will ideate social concepts, capture original content, tag and log streaming assets, write social-forward copy, and help keep clients at the center of digital culture.
Here's What You'll Do
Content Ideation & Creation
• Ideate and create reactive content tied to cultural moments and real-time trends.
• Develop social-first assets including memes, stills, edits, hype reels, and clip pulls.
• Watch and analyze client content to tag and log clips for future activations.
Social Content Capture
• Capture original social content on your phone for platform-native use.
• Shoot short-form video and behind-the-scenes content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
• Create quick-turn mobile content that feels authentic, timely, and aligned with brand goals.
Copywriting & Platform Execution
• Write platform-native copy and on-screen text aligned to each client's voice.
• Publish and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Adapt assets for each platform using strong hooks and scroll-stopping creative.
Trend Spotting & Optimization
• Track emerging memes, behaviors, and platform trends before they peak.
• Use basic design and editing tools to rapidly iterate and refine content.
• Monitor engagement signals to inform future creative decisions and performance.
Here's What It Takes
• 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or a related field.
• Entertainment, film, TV, or streaming experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and platform best practices.
• Experience capturing and shooting content on a mobile phone for social platforms.
• Experience creating short-form content using both self-shot and existing video assets.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging copy and on-screen text.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• High cultural awareness, humor, and instinct for timely, shareable content.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
