Job description

WHY GRAPEVINE?

At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency that drives meaningful impact across the entire customer journey by integrating media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Grapevine is New Engen's scalable solution that helps brands license high-performing third-party creator content quickly and easily. We use our network of 800+ creators to deliver ready-to-run content to leading DTC brands for their social ad campaigns.

We're a collaborative group of strategists, content creators, copywriters, editors, designers, account managers, and more who are all in on helping brands, and each other,  thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Creator Campaign Execution
Manage creator campaigns from creator sourcing through final asset delivery. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across dozens of simultaneous campaigns while ensuring creators have everything they need to execute successfully and on time.

Build and Grow Our Creator Network
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators into the Grapevine ecosystem. Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators across a variety of niches, ensuring a positive creator experience while continuously expanding the quality and scale of our network.

Manage Creator Communications
Serve as a primary point of contact for creators throughout campaign lifecycles. Negotiate participation, communicate campaign requirements, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure creators remain informed and engaged from onboarding through payment.

Drive Operational Excellence
Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and processes that support creator operations at scale. Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, manage documentation, and ensure operational accuracy across contracts, deliverables, creator profiles, and reporting.

Ensure Content Quality and Compliance
Review creator-submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, platform requirements, and quality standards. Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators and collaborate with internal teams to resolve revisions efficiently.

Analyze Performance and Creator Insights
Track creator performance, campaign outcomes, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use data to inform creator selection, optimize workflows, and strengthen overall campaign performance.

Collaborate Across Teams
Partner closely with Brand Success, Creative Strategy, and Production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Act as the connective tissue between creators and internal stakeholders, helping deliver exceptional experiences for both.

Help Scale the Future of Creator Operations
Contribute to the evolution of Grapevine's creator ecosystem by identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and create scalable solutions. Bring a builder mindset and help shape how creator operations grows alongside the business.
