Job description

Community Operations Manager
SuperClip is part of SuperOrdinary, a global brand accelerator helping the world's most innovative consumer brands grow through creator-led commerce and social-first marketing. We sit at the intersection of creator culture, viral content, and internet communities, building the most engaged clipping ecosystem online.
We're looking for a Community & Talent Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our creator ecosystem. This person will combine community leadership, creator relationship management, and operational excellence to help scale our network of creators, clippers, editors, and brand partners. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for talent while ensuring our community runs efficiently, stays highly engaged, and continues to grow.
What You'll Do
Community & Creator Management
  • Own day-to-day management of the SuperClip creator community across Discord and other community platforms.
  • Build trusted relationships with creators, clippers, editors, and community leaders through consistent communication and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creator questions, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop initiatives that increase community participation, creator retention, and overall engagement.

Talent Operations
  • Coordinate creator onboarding, communications, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Partner closely with Talent, Partnerships, and Account Management teams to ensure creators have a seamless experience.
  • Maintain creator records, track participation, and support talent lifecycle management.
  • Help identify high-potential creators and facilitate introductions for partnership opportunities.

Community Operations
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support a growing creator network.
  • Develop and enforce moderation standards, community guidelines, and best practices.
  • Monitor community health, engagement metrics, and operational KPIs while identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Improve workflows that increase operational efficiency across community and talent functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate daily with internal account, partnerships, and leadership teams to ensure creator initiatives are executed successfully.
  • Support creator launches, campaigns, activations, and special projects.
  • Help connect brands, creators, and clippers through community-driven opportunities.

Culture & Industry Awareness
  • Stay current on creator economy trends, clipping culture, streaming, gaming, and emerging social platforms.
  • Understand internet culture and identify opportunities that strengthen community engagement.
  • Help position SuperClip as the leading destination for creator clipping and viral content distribution.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-6+ years of experience in creator operations, talent coordination, community management, agency account management, or related operational roles.
  • Experience working within a talent agency, creator management company, influencer marketing agency, or creator-focused organization.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume creator communications and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience creating scalable processes and improving workflows.
  • Comfortable serving as the daily point of contact for creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing online communities (Discord preferred).
  • Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, streaming, gaming, or clipping ecosystem.
  • General understanding of clipping workflows and creator content operations (deep technical expertise not required).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with account management, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Existing relationships within creator, gaming, or digital media communities are a plus.

Success Looks Like
  • A highly engaged, well-managed creator community with strong retention.
  • Operational systems that scale alongside rapid community growth.
  • Creators who receive responsive, high-touch support throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong collaboration across Talent, Partnerships, and Account teams.
  • SuperClip continuing to establish itself as the leading creator clipping ecosystem.
