About the role

I run a fast-growing creator and brand business and I'm looking for a sharp, reliable right-hand person

to keep my day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-trust role โ€” you'll be involved in scheduling,

communication, bookings, and keeping projects moving. If you're organized, proactive, and the kind of

person who closes loops without being chased, we'll get along great.

This is a minimum 90-day commitment to start. I'm looking for someone serious and dependable โ€” Do well and this becomes a long-term role! :)

Manage calendar, scheduling, and reminders

โ€ข Handle email and communication on my behalf

โ€ข Coordinate bookings, appointments

โ€ข Keep projects, deadlines, and to-do lists on track

โ€ข Liaise with photographers, vendors, and other team members

โ€ข Run personal and business errands/tasks as they come up

โ€ข Be a reliable point of contact and keep things organized
