Hasbro is seeking a social-native, content-obsessed Associate Manager, Social Media to own day-to-day channel management and community management for 2-3 beloved Hasbro brands - keeping communities engaged, feeds fresh, and campaigns running smoothly.
The Associate Creative Manager, Social Media will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and broader marketing team, connecting the pulse of the community and the brand. This is a role for someone who thinks in brand memes, moves fast, and engages like a fan to build communities that actually care.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA.
A day in the life as a Associate Creative Manager, Social Media:
Strategy & Execution
  • Daily channel management. Manage the day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and upkeep of social channels for 2-3 TGL&E brands. content is posted on time, on brand, and optimized for each platform.
  • Content calendar coordination. Own the content calendar process - organizing assets, managing intake from cross-functional partners, maintaining approval workflows, and keeping everything on track for go-live.
  • Community management. Monitor, respond to, and engage with fans and followers across owned brand channels to deepen authentic connection. Identify trending conversations, and key community members; activate with high-volume, real-time social copy and community engagement strategies that turn casual commenters into brand evangelists.
  • Cultural Lynchpin. Bridge the gap between internet subcultures and standard toys and games narratives.

Campaign Development
  • Always-on content production. Develop and produce platform-native content - captions, copy, short-form video concepts, asset briefs, and creative ideation - working with the Senior Manager and creative teams to keep calendars stocked and stories moving.
  • Campaign support. Support the Senior Manager on big moment campaigns and social innovation projects - contributing creative ideas, executing tactical deliverables, and helping manage campaign timelines.
  • Boosting support. Identify breakout organic social posts in real time and collaborate with the performance marketing team to convert them into high-performing paid ad creative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Cross-functional coordination. Act as a day-to-day connector across brand, marketing, licensing, and analytics teams - gathering assets, securing approvals, aligning on messaging, and ensuring social needs are represented in marketing planning.
  • Global scaling. Partner with regional teams to adapt social programs for local markets.
  • Creator selection and fit. Support creator and influencer partnerships by developing briefs, content ideas for collab that would resonate with brand audiences, and brand fit.

Measurement & Optimization
  • Performance tracking. Pull and compile weekly and monthly social analytics reports - tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to inform ongoing optimizations.
  • Trend monitoring. Stay on top of platform trends, audience trends, meme culture, and creator conversations relevant to our brands - surfacing timely opportunities to the Senior Manager for reactive or proactive content.
  • Micro-optimizations. Stay informed on platform best practices and content policies to keep publishing clean and compliant.

What you'll bring:
  • 2-4 years of social media or content marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels (not just personal)
  • Platform-native - you live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and know the nuances of each
  • Strong writing skills - you can write in a brand voice and make copy feel natural
  • Organized and detail-oriented - juggling multiple brands and deadlines doesn't rattle you
  • Basic content creation skills - Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or similar
  • Collaborative, curious, and genuinely excited about toys, games, and pop culture
