Adapt quickly to new trends, often creating content within 24 hours.
Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging social trends for new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team while also working independently.
Requirements
You spend a significant amount of time on TikTok and understand the platform inside and out.
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and what makes content perform.
Excellent short-form video editing skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera or creating engaging behind-the-camera content.
Creative, fast-moving, and able to execute with minimal direction.
Strong communication and ability to consistently meet weekly deadlines.
Portfolio of TikTok or short-form video content required.
