Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the creative direction and design execution for responsive websites, landing pages, microsites, and other web-based experiences. 

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, content strategists, and project managers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality implementation. 

Translate business objectives and user needs into creative strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. 

Review and provide feedback on wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and web builds to maintain design integrity throughout development. 

Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers in creative execution, ideation, and presentation. 

Oversee the alignment of design work with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and performance optimization. 

Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints. 

Present concepts and final deliverables to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence. 

Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously elevate the team's capabilities. 

Requirements: 

12+ years of experience in digital/interactive design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior creative role. 

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality web design work, including responsive design and storytelling. 

Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and brand expression on the web. 

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and prototyping tools. 

Experience collaborating with front-end development teams and understanding of HTML/CSS/JS constraints (coding not required). 

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

Exceptional communication, presentation, and team leadership skills. 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
