The Associate Brand Manager supports Heritage Construction + Materials portfolio of companies in delivering compelling, audience-centered brand content across all communication channels. This role ensures that the brand tells the right story, to the right audience, through the right channels by creating and executing written and visual content. The Associate Brand Manager bridges creative storytelling with deep technical industry knowledge to drive brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable results for both internal and external audiences.
Essential Functions
  • Collaborates closely with the team lead and cross-functional teams to shape and implement the brand strategy. Builds a solid foundation for the brand and communicates our values and capabilities effectively to our audience
  • Leads day-to-day execution of social media, email marketing, website content, and internal/external communications, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Brings our brands to life by collaborating with creative team members to create compelling visual assets, including graphics, digital content, and marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints, and provides guidance to internal teams to maintain brand integrity. Fosters a collective understanding and promotes a unified brand voice
  • Collaborates with business leaders and internal stakeholders to align marketing and communications initiatives with strategic business priorities and growth objectives
  • Partners with sales and talent teams to develop assets that support strategic business priorities including sales enablement and employee engagement
  • Supports the prioritization and execution of marketing and communications requests by balancing business needs and available resources while contributing scalable, sustainable support that delivers value across a growing portfolio of businesses
  • Fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment, building an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. Relevant work experience demonstrating the required knowledge and skills may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements

Experience Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting marketing, communications, brand, content, social media or related business initiatives
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar creative design tools, social media management, website, email marketing or content-management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
