Season Associate End Date: June 2027

Location: on-site in Indianapolis, IN

Anticipated Time Commitment: approximately 30-35 hours per week

The Martech Season Associate will assist with a variety of responsibilities related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Analytics across platforms. The Martech Season Associate will report to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager as a member of the Martech department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about the consumer experience, and enjoys uncovering opportunities for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and a collaborative spirit. They will help optimize campaign performance, manage audience segmentation, and support cross-channel customer engagement strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, and our SMS Platform.
  • Support data hygiene efforts, including list cleaning, contact management, data ingestion, etc.
  • Perform campaign analysis to assess performance, uncover insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Help identify and build target audiences for personalized and effective campaign delivery.
  • Support project management tasks and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Create and integrate Formstack forms and workflows to streamline user data collection and processing.
  • Contribute to customer profile unification efforts to enable a more seamless and personalized brand experience.
  • Assist with building out the SMS subscriber list and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to work and report to the Indianapolis office five days per week.
  • Basic understanding of consumer engagement efforts.
  • Knowledge of data tables, object, fields, and data integrity
  • Basic knowledge of email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Exposure to Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales / Service Cloud, Trailhead).
  • Organized and highly self-motivated.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate and sell ideas to peers and executives. Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels of employees and upper management.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to apply mathematical operations to develop ROI analyses and present reports.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.

PROBLEM-SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to see projects through to completion through creative, logical, and technical means. Must always take initiative to learn new technology and find solutions for existing challenges.
