Job description

Position Summary

The Junior Marketing Assistant supports the execution of Fleetwood's marketing initiatives by assisting with creative projects, digital marketing, communications, and dealer support. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials are delivered on time and reflect Fleetwood's luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating marketing graphics/ sell sheets for Sales team, email marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage Fleetwood's social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining the content calendar.
  • Assist in writing, designing, and distributing quarterly dealer newsletters using Mailchimp.
  • Support the creation and distribution of Factory and Office newsletters.
  • Help manage the Fleetwood Dealer Co-Op Marketing Program, including tracking requests, processing submissions, and communicating with dealers.
  • Coordinate marketing assets, photography, and digital files for internal and dealer use via File Camp.
  • Support trade shows, dealer events, showroom openings, and company marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized marketing files and project timelines through the Fleetwood CanBan board.
  • Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
