Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and creative thinker to join our Creative Marketing & Communications Strategy team.
Our team is responsible for creating strategic and relevant content to (1) pursue exciting new projects across the country (2) develop marketing and communications materials that engage our clients, stakeholders, and employees, and (3) implement the brand and value proposition across all content and platforms.
We are searching for a dynamic Manager - Creative Marketing & Communications Strategy to develop and implement engaging content that brings our brand to life. We need a collaborative, energetic, and fresh-thinking individual who can help us shape our narrative and connect with our audience in new and exciting ways.
The Manager - Creative Marketing & Communications Strategy will help develop visual, written, and multimedia content for a multitude of uses, including proposals. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven, with strong graphic design, writing, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for:
    • Internal and external client and stakeholder newsletters
    • Company news and press releases
    • Corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral
    • Award submissions
    • Corporate website
    • Social media
    • RFQ and RFP responses/proposals, as needed
    • Other project and corporate-related communications (event planning, assisting with photo shoots, etc.)
  • Ensure all communications uphold consistent corporate brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media content management and management of Edgemoor's external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurate
  • Assist with department operations, including vendor processing and payment and maintaining project tracking systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to gather support for communications initiatives
  • Execute content strategies that advance Edgemoor's brand awareness
  • Help lead and support proposals
  • Focus on how Edgemoor can better market our people as the best and the brightest in our industry
  • Support people and culture initiatives as needed, including planning and coordination for corporate outings, such as conferences, off-sites, and volunteer events

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing and/or communications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro a plus
  • Command of visual design principles to create appealing and effective communication
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with various web design platforms is a plus (Squarespace, Drupal)
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Ability to "think outside the box" and be creative
  • Ability to work as part of a full team but able to remain independently motivated
