  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in facilities management, data center operations, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in contract management or contract negotiations.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with executive-level written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead with accountability and ownership for project lifecycle.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Review, negotiate, execute, and ensure compliance with contracts for third-party data center services.
  • Document and manage roll out of new contractual enhancements, processes, and tooling.
  • Contract points of contact for Data Center Operations team to translate complex master services agreements, order forms and amendment legalize into clear obligations to keep providers accountable to.
  • Liaison between cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Center Operations Technical teams, Engineering, Leasing, Legal and Strategic Negotiators, Service Providers).
