We are seeking a Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and according to project budget requirements.

We transform our client's recruiting through re-engineering of recruiting processes, deployment of new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, authentic employment branding campaigns, and Talent Management and retention strategies. We also provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, Executive Search, Staffing, and Business Development Support to small businesses.

So, what will the Project Coordinator at Talent Acquisition Concepts do?

This individual is a key team member in project delivery. Duties include; project planning, project setup and administration, and scheduling. The project coordinator is the custodian for records and data management and supports technical editing and writing for project deliverables. The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with clients, internal leadership, project managers, and technical staff in order to schedule work and meet project delivery expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in the development of processes and procedures to support the rapid growth of the company with a career path to a Project Management or a Business Operations Management position.

What does a typical day look like for a Project Coordinator?

You will:

  • Facilitate and ensure positive communication between the project teams, project management, and clients
  • Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and meet client objectives
  • Assist the management team with the development, creation, and distribution of project reports and presentation materials
  • Assist the project management team to ensure projects are on time and accurate per the delivery schedule
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate project personnel and tasks
  • Assist in developing project plans with input from, program and project management
  • Maintains project process documents: Transmittal Log, Issues Log, Punch list, Test Results.
  • Records project meetings and distribute meeting summaries accordingly
  • Maintains project compliance documents- Quality Assurance, Manpower, Safety, and others
  • Collect and review closeout documents in support of successful transition and acceptance of projects to real property

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the leader we're looking for if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • 2 years of experience handling construction documentation
  • Punctual, reliable, must be able to work independently and maintain workflow
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to produce highquality work products with attention to detail
  • Strong writing, grammatical, and punctuation skills
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent scheduling and project database management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new terminology, software tools, and processes
  • MS Excel, Work, Bluebeam, MS Project
  • Excellent problems analysis and problems solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and display sound judgment
  • Capable of providing excellent customer service

  • Certified Documentation Technician (CDT) and PMP are desired but not required.
