Job description

We are hiring for a contributing and creative Project Designer as our pipeline of projects continues to fill! Project Designers are involved in all aspects of project development and are able to thrive here at Moseley!
What’s needed: 5-7 years of commercial architectural design, strong Revit skills, and project detailing expertise. Ideal applicants will be on track for licensure, able to document project phases with limited oversight, and motivated to learn and grow.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
  • 0+ years’ experience
  • Licensed Architect not required
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents
  • Interpret and apply relevant building codes, zoning ordinances, and other external considerations
  • Develop and maintain a positive professional working relationship with team members while working together in a collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from the project team
  • Assist in the coordination and development of architectural drawings, renderings, specifications, and design assignments under general supervision to meet project requirements
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
  • Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems, and designing solutions as necessary
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Software Proficiencies:
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (BIM) preferred
  • Bluebeam experience preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Familiarity with rendering software preferred
Compensation: $70,000-$95,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
