Job Description Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content. This role partners with leadership, SMEs and stakeholders to create impactful training programs aligned to business goals. *This role is a hybrid role and can be based in San Antonio, DFW, with the ability to travel by land/air when needed Essential Functions Design and develop learner-centered training content (eLearning, ILT, blended learning) Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) Collaborate with leadership & SMEs to define learning objectives Develop and deploy high-quality engaging courses in LMS Employ Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic Adult Learning Methodologies for frontline workers in the design process Maintain and update existing training programs Incorporate multimedia and interactivity Measure effectiveness through analytics Manage multiple projects simultaneously Develop learning content that ensures brand and accessibility alignment Analyze and report on the learning experience effectiveness Strong technical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detail Requirements Experience working within a defined LMS (Wisetail preferred) Corporate learning/enablement experience HTML and Flash programming knoweldge Familiarity with Camtasia, Vyond or video editing Instructional Design Certification in any of the following: ATD (Association for Talent Development) Credentials CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) Kirkpatrick Evaluation Certification Adobe Captivate Certification Articulate Storyline Certifications Certified Instructional Designer/Developer Analytical Prowess Experience in fast-paced environments Self-Motivated with an Optmisitic Growth Mindset Apply.
