In this role, you'll partner with teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, IT/BI, and more-owning projects from concept to execution and ensuring they deliver real business results.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing structure to complexity, and enjoy influencing teams without direct authority-this role is for you.

  • Build timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Track milestones and ensure on-time, on-scope execution
  • Identify risks and proactively solve problems

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align priorities across departments
  • Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Drive accountability and clarity across teams

Operational Excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support manufacturing efficiency and supply chain optimization
  • Introduce scalable project management best practices

Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead key initiatives like product launches, system implementations, and facility improvements
  • Conduct feasibility and impact analysis
  • Ensure alignment with company strategy and leadership priorities

Reporting & Insights
  • Build dashboards and executive-level reporting
  • Track project performance, risks, and outcomes
  • Monitor budgets and ROI where applicable
What Success Looks Like
  • Projects delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability
  • Measurable improvements in efficiency and business performance
  • Clear visibility for leadership into progress and outcomes
  • Scalable, standardized project management processes
What You Bring
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Background in ERP implementations or operational improvement projects

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Work Details
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required)
  • Location: Hybrid (remote + in-office)
  • Travel: ~10-20% to facilities
Why Join Village Gourmet?
  • Be part of a growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Work on meaningful, high-impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with passionate, driven teams
  • Help shape processes and drive real change
  • Grow your career alongside a scaling organization
