Job description

**FULL TIME, IN-PERSON POSITION**MON-FRI 8:30AM-5:30PM**

-----BASE PLUS COMMISSION-----


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CSR to support our CPAP resupply program. This role is responsible for proactively contacting patients, managing supply orders, and verifying insurance coverage to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of CPAP equipment and supplies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to patients regarding CPAP resupply needs
  • Verify and document commercial insurance and Medicare eligibility and benefits
  • Educate patients on resupply schedules, product options, and compliance requirements
  • Accurately enter orders and maintain patient records in the system
  • Coordinate with billing, intake, and clinical teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Follow up on pending orders, authorizations, and documentation requirements
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and service goals


Qualifications:

  • Experience verifying insurance benefits, including Medicare and commercial plans
  • Strong communication and phone skills with a patient-first approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM/EMR platforms


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to handle objections and close sales in a consultative manner.
  • Knowledge of CPAP equipment and resupply guidelines is a plus
  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience (healthcare or DME preferred)
