VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Summary: The CPAP Supervisor will help lead the CPAP and Licensed Technician teams while accurately fulfilling CPAP/BiPAP requests. It is their responsibility to ensure high accuracy and quality of the CPAP materials sent. The CPAP Supervisor will work alongside the CPAP program manager to address the volume and labor needs of VGM Fulfillment’s CPAP team.

Reporting to: CPAP Program Manager

Working Location: VGM Warehouse - Phoenix, AZ

Work Hours Classification: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift [6am-2:30pm]

Position Responsibilities

  • Properly translate the CPAP settings template that is prescribed/ordered by a practitioner
  • Define labor for volume necessities and relay information to the CPAP Program Supervisor
  • Update SOPs and policies relating to CPAP procedures
  • Pick, set, and ship CPAP and BiPAP devices
  • Oversight of CPAP / BiPAP prescriptions and orders to verify accuracy
  • Follows strict confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
  • Flexible availability to come in early and/or stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business
  • Responsible for leading and developing assigned team members, inclusive of completing annual reviews, weekly timecards, and any time off requests
  • Maintain thorough understanding of standard operating procedures and answer any questions relating to the procedures
  • Provide both direct and indirect supervision of employees
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
  • Maintains a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED desired
  • Equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, and contractual requirements’

Physical Requirements:
